Do you coordinate just weddings?
While I have a passion with being able to bring your wedding day to life, I also love to help coordinate other events - corporate events to birthday parties. I care about making your event the best possible experience for everyone involved. I take care of all the small, tedious details and arrangements so that my clients can focus on the important stuff. That’s why I make the effort to understand your exact needs, so the event you imagine is the event you’ll get.
What tasks should a couple expect from a Day of Wedding Coordinator?
We will meet with you on multiple occasions, do a site visit, and discuss all the details you have planned to get an idea of how you visualize the space on your wedding day. We will review contracts and reach out to your vendors. Create your day of time line, which will break down all the details. Than on day of, we will be there to actually see it all through, manage vendors and decor set up and keep the day and/ or evening according to schedule.
What kind of couple should consider hiring a Day of Wedding Coordinator?
This may sound biased, but I strongly encourage all couples to have a day of coordinator. I've been there - planning my own wedding, with all the details and visions I wanted, but who was going to make sure that they came to life on the day of the wedding. You work so hard leading up to the wedding and the day of the bride and groom should be able to relax and enjoy time with their family and friends. So we do just that - making sure the day is perfect and everything that you planned and visioned comes to life on your special day.
